Kishore Seendripu, Ph.D., is co-founder and has served as Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer since the company’s inception in 2003.

Under his leadership, MaxLinear has grown to be a global leader in providing advanced technology solutions for access and connectivity, wired and wireless infrastructure, and industrial and multimarket applications. The company has retained an entrepreneurial spirit committed to bringing technologies that disrupt and drive change and revolutionize connectivity and engineering solutions for a more sustainable, connected world.

Before founding MaxLinear, Kishore spent six years in engineering and leadership roles at Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, Broadcom Corporation, and Silicon Wave, Inc., developing radio frequency systems-on-chip (SoC) wireless and broadband communications solutions. He began his career as a graduate student research assistant at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratories.

Kishore received an M.S. in Materials Sciences Engineering and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Curtis Ling, Ph.D., is a co-founder of MaxLinear and, since 2006, has served as its Chief Technical Officer. He is focused on forward-thinking technological advancements and identifying solutions that solve market needs. He has also served as its Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Communications Systems, leading the development of sophisticated semiconductor products.

Before MaxLinear, Curtis was a principal engineer at Silicon Wave, Inc. and a professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Curtis received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. In 2023, Michigan awarded him the 2023 ECE Merit Alumni Award for his outstanding career contributions to the field of engineering. He holds over 70 US and International patents.

Steve Litchfield joined MaxLinear in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Corporate Strategy Officer. In this role, he leads the company’s finance, IT, and investor relations organizations.

Previously, Steve served in various leadership roles at Microsemi Corporation, a provider of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions. These roles included Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Vice President of the Analog and Mix Signal Group, and Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Business Development.

Early in his career, he was an equity research analyst at Banc of America Securities and a production engineer at Toyota Motor Corporation. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of several early-stage technology companies that are not publicly traded.

Steve holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, and an M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

Amit Bavisi joined MaxLinear in 2024 and leads the company’s Industrial & Multimarket business unit. In this role, he is responsible for P&L management, strategic planning, design engineering, and go-to-market strategies for our broad portfolio of Serial transceivers, Bridges, UARTs, and Power management and system control products and multimarket solutions.

Amit brings almost 20 years of experience in the technology industry, leading global HW and SW engineering and product marketing teams for various solutions addressing industrial, infrastructure, consumer, and automotive markets. Before joining MaxLinear, he was with Renesas Electronics Corporation, serving as VP of Emerging Business Division leading the secure NFC payment and tag business, portfolio of low power AI SOC, sensors, and advanced connectivity solutions. At Renesas, he also served as VP & GM of the wireless power division. Previously, Amit held leadership roles at Dialog Semiconductor, Intel, Fujitsu Semiconductor, Freescale, and IBM.

Amit received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his undergraduate degree from the University of Bombay. He holds 38 US and international patents in semiconductor product and system design.

Mike Bollesen joined MaxLinear in 2018 as Vice President of Sales, bringing a proven record of success in leading global sales and growing markets for technology companies.

With over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Mike has a legacy of achievements at Cypress Semiconductor. During his career, he has lived in China and Japan for 13 years and served as the President of Cypress China, VP of Sales for Asia Pacific, GM of the Cypress China and Module business units, President of Cypress Japan and VP Sales Japan. Mike also held the positions of Director of Datacom applications and Director of Marketing.

Mike received an M.B.A. from the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, CA, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN.

Vikas Choudhary joined MaxLinear in 2024, responsible for the business strategy and product development for the company’s Interface & Stroage products. In this role, he will be driving business and product strategies that enable next generation of ethernet (copper) and storage products in data centers, cloud networks, and enterprise storage.

His 30+ year career in the semiconductor industry began as an analog/mixed-signal design engineer at ST Microelectronics. From there, he had continued success with companies such as Silicon Systems/Texas Instruments, PMC-Sierra/Microsemi and Analog Devices (ADI). Most recently, Vikas served as Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Systems at Murata-pSemi, overseeing growth across consumer mobile, connectivity, wireless infrastructure, and high-performance multi-market components.

Vikas received his M.B.A. in Marketing & Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, his M.S. in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from UCLA Technology, and his undergraduate degree from the Birla Institute of Technology (BITS) in Ranchi, India. Vikas is also the author of 5 patents, multiple publications, and editor of a book on fundamental technology on MEMS.

Drew Guckenberger, Ph.D., joined MaxLinear in 2020 as Vice President, leading the company’s High Speed Interconnect business unit. In this role, he is responsible for the product development, business, and go-to-market strategies for the high-speed interconnect IC product lines, enabling next-generation interconnects for data centers and hyperscale cloud networks.

With over 20 years of experience in semiconductors for high-speed communications, Drew has served as Director of Product Management at Cisco, Director of Engineering and Optoelectronics at Molex and Principal Engineer at Luxtera, Inc., where he was part of the team that brought the first silicon photonics-based optical transceiver products to market.

Drew received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and has a B.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He holds 15 US patents in the areas of semiconductors and optics.

Kathi Guiney joined MaxLinear as Vice President of Human Resources in 2011, bringing over 25 years of expertise in Human Resources in domestic and international business environments.

Prior to MaxLinear, she served as President and Executive Consultant of YES!HRSolutions, contributing her HR knowledge to fast-growing privately held companies in multiple industries. Kathi also has a successful career track record in dynamic HR leadership roles at major public companies, including PRG Schultz, a global financial services company, and Western Digital Corporation, a leader in storage technology.

Kathi’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon, Eugene, and professional human resources accreditations such as the national SPHR and international GPHR.

Kelly Jones serves as Vice President of Worldwide Operations for MaxLinear. In this role, he leads the supply chain, Product – Test- Assembly, Foundry Technology and Quality.

Kelly previously served in leadership roles at Microsemi, including Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Analog Mixed-Signal Division. His experience includes roles in various engineering, operations, marketing, and sales positions for Silicon General-Linfinity Microelectronics and as a product test engineer at Motorola Semiconductor.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.

Connie Kwong joined MaxLinear as Assistant Corporate Controller in 2015 and a year later was promoted to Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. In this role, she oversees our accounting functions, including accounting, external audits, financial and SEC reporting, and establishing and maintaining related internal controls and policies and procedures.  During her time at MaxLinear, she has built and led our global accounting team through multiple mergers and acquisitions and related systems integrations. 

Connie's solid experience in previous positions, such as Corporate Controller for a privately held computer services company, and Senior Audit Manager for SingerLewak, LLP, an accounting, tax, and advisory services firm, has equipped her with the expertise for her leadership role at MaxLinear. She received a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Madhu Reddy, Ph.D., joined MaxLinear in 2005 as Director of RF/Mixed-Signal IC Design. He held the role of Vice President of IC and RF Systems Engineering from 2006 to 2012. He is currently leading the Central Engineering team in MaxLinear that includes System Architecture, System Design, RF/MS IC Design, Communications System Design, Digital IC Design, Package Technology and SOC Technology. In this role, he oversees the research and development of SOCs for MaxLinear that span Wireless, Wireline and Data Compression technologies.

Madhu brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous experience as Manager of RFIC Design at Skyworks Solutions, RFIC Design Engineer and Group Leader at Conexant Systems, and RFIC Designer at Rockwell Semiconductor Systems.

He received an M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India. He has coauthored over 25 scientific journal or conference papers and holds over 30 patents in the areas of wireless and wireline communication systems.

He is a co-recipient of IEEE Microwave Prize in 1997. He also served on the Technical Program Committee of the IEEE RFIC Symposium from 2005 to 2016.

Michelle Sayer joined MaxLinear in 2022 as General Counsel and now holds the role of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. She is a seasoned attorney and experienced executive with a background in the technology industry, including more than ten years in the semiconductor industry.

Previously, Michelle served in numerous roles at Broadcom Corporation, culminating as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. She has also served as Chief Legal Officer at Kyriba Corp and General Counsel at Panasonic Avionics and is currently a member of the Lung Cancer Foundation of America's board of directors.

Michelle has a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.

Having joined MaxLinear in 2024, Puneet Sethi serves as Vice President & General Manager, Wireless Infrastructure. In this role, he’s responsible for strategic planning, product roadmaps, product development, P&L management, and market strategy for our wireless solutions serving backhaul and cellular access segments.

Puneet brings over 20 years of experience steeped in wireless and telecommunication technical and leadership roles within companies such as Qualcomm, Mavenir, and has been involved in establishing multiple startups including his recent stint at Ataya focused on private 5G for manufacturing. At Mavenir, he served as SVP and GM, leading all cloud-native RAN solutions including Macro, Small Cell, and Private Networks businesses. At Qualcomm, Puneet joined as an engineer and rose through the ranks to lead the company’s cellular infrastructure SoC business. Prior to that, he held various engineering roles in multiple telecom companies and brings experiences that spans SoC designs to Cloud-native software products for wireless access and transport.

Puneet received his M.B.A. in finance and marketing from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, India.

Will Torgerson joined MaxLinear as Vice President of Global Sales in 2012. Three years later, he assumed the role of Vice President & General Manager of the Connectivity and Access Group. In this role, he is responsible for all facets of the business and P&L, including business development, product and market strategy, product development and engineering.

During his 25+ year career, Will has held numerous P&L leadership positions in the semiconductor industry and has played a role in over 16 mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining MaxLinear, Will served as Vice President of America Sales for SMSC, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company serving the enterprise, automotive, PC, CE, and industrial markets, and as Vice President, Global Sales at StarGen, Inc. His career began at Intergraph Corporation as an ASIC design engineer, and he has also served as Director of America Sales at PLX Technology and Sales and Field Application Engineering at Actel, Inc.

Will holds an M.B.A. from the University of New York, Stonybrook, and a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree from the University of Alabama, Huntsville.
